Barbra Streisand says she ‘can’t live in this country’ if this happens
Barbra Streisand has said that she “cannot live in this country” if this happens.
Barbra Streisand, a famous actress from Hollywood, recently went too far in her defence of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. She said that Willis was the target of a plot by Republicans to use her private life to hurt her public one. She went too far with her public defence.
According to what the singer and actress wrote on X, Willis only did something wrong because she wanted a private relationship with Nathan Wade, the assistant prosecutor she hired to help her look into Trump and the 18 other people they have charged with racketeering related to Georgia’s 2020 election results. Wade is the defence attorney she hired to look into Trump and 18 other applicants.
There is no way that the Republicans can be trying to fire Fani Willis. Why do you want to? You mean you don’t think it’s possible for a woman to have a personal life besides her job? Men do it all the time! How on earth is this so silly? The following Monday, Streisand said.
Willis, the District Attorney who is going after Trump for trying to change the outcome of the election in Georgia, is being picked on by Trump and his supporters. She is seeing one of the lawyers involved in the case on a personal level.
As for the facts of the case and Trump’s clear attempt to put pressure on the Secretary of State to “find” more votes for him and bring fake electors before Congress, this has nothing to do with any of those things. She went on to say that Trump’s move is just another distraction.
