UPDATE: Redacted Jack Smith Documents Reveal MASSIVE Breach Of Presidential Records Act

Judge Aileen Cannon is keeping the unredacted documents coming and they haven’t failed to disappoint.

The latest revelation from the newly revealed documents is that lawyers from the Biden administration conspired with legal counsel from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Gary Stern, to circumvent the Presidential Records Act (PRA).

According to provisions laid out within the PRA, any President must be notified immediately of an inquiry into documents they are supposedly holding.

These newly unrevealed and unredacted documents clearly show that an attorney for the Biden administration attempted to look into the documents and collaborate with NARA without giving President Trump any notice.

According to Washington Examiner:

Trump’s defense attorneys also referenced some exculpatory remarks Stern made to Trump aides in the form of a letter draft on May 5, 2021.

“Stern’s draft conceded that ‘things were very chaotic, as they always are in the course of a one-term transition,’ and he acknowledged that ‘the transfer of the Trump electronic records is still ongoing and won’t be complete for several more months,’” defense attorneys wrote.

Journalist and columnist Lee Smith pointed out: “The photos of the boxes of documents advanced a fake narrative. NARA already had all those documents they said they wanted — they were created digitally. Trump had convenience copies, which are not records.”

Even mainstream outlets like Newsweek are now admitting Jack Smith’s case is in deep peril:

Special counsel Jack Smith is in a “lose lose” battle with the judge in Donald Trump’s classified documents case, according to a former federal prosecutor.

Neama Rahmani told Newsweek that the more Smith challenges U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon’s rulings to a higher court, the easier it will be for Trump to delay the case past the 2024 presidential election.
