A top Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ally pled guilty to this disturbing criminal charge
The latest Democrat scandal will leave you red with rage.
It’s a serious legal issue.
And a top Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ally pled guilty to this disturbing criminal charge.
On September 30, as Congress was debating a government funding bill, socialist New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman pulled a fire alarm in the Capitol.
That forced an evacuation and also – conveniently – bought the Democrats more time to oppose a bill that didn’t include $300 million in funding for Joe Biden’s war in Ukraine.
As anyone knows, pulling a fire alarm is a criminal offense.
And pulling a fire alarm during a session of Congress sounded an awful lot like the “obstructing an official proceeding” charge the Biden administration and Jack Smith used to charge Trump and his supporters with regarding January 6.
Trump supporters face years in prison for committing this offense.
But not Jamaal Bowman.
Bowman is a Democrat, so the Washington, D.C. Attorney General let him off easy, pleading to a misdemeanor and paying a $1,000 fine.
If Bowman stays out of trouble this charge disappears from his record in three months.
Bowman released a statement announcing him getting off the hook.
“I’m thankful for the quick resolution from the District of Columbia Attorney General’s office on this issue and grateful that the United States Capitol Police General Counsel’s office agreed I did not obstruct nor intend to obstruct any House vote or proceedings. I am responsible for activating a fire alarm, I will be paying the fine issued, and look forward to these charges being ultimately dropped,” Bowman began.
Bowman then claimed the real bad guys in this scenario were the Republicans.
“I think we all know that Republicans will attempt to use this to distract everyone from their mess, but I look forward to putting this behind me and to continue working hard to deliver for New Yorkers,” Bowman added.
It did not escape conservatives that the justice system once again let a prominent Democrat off the hook for the same behavior that landed Trump supporters lengthy jail sentences.
I bet J6 folks wish they could get the same gentle treatment afforded to insurrectionist Jamaal Bowman pic.twitter.com/nztj9A5KBc

This episode confirmed once again that there is a two-tiered system of justice in America where the law protects Democrats and persecutes Republicans.
