Ex-Soccer Star Blows Whistle, Blames Women’s Team Loss On ‘Entitled’ Players Who Are ‘Not Respectful Of Others’

Former U.S. women’s soccer star Carli Lloyd went on former player Alexi Lalas’ State of the Union podcast to blame the entitled and arrogant players for the shocking loss of the US Women’s team in the World Cup.

Lloyd said she started to notice “little things” within the organization that made her believe the team was headed for a debacle. Lloyd said:

“I think when I first got onto the team, there was just a level of respect for everybody there, for coaches, for other players, for support staff. You know, massages, trainers, doctors.
